Aware and Alive Mindfulness
Hello and welcome to Aware and Alive Mindfulness. My name is Jim and I’m based in mid Devon where I teach mindfulness and meditation in groups or 1:1, online and in person.
Group courses usually take place over 8 weekly sessions of 2 hours each week (except the first week it’s 2.5 hours for housekeeping and intros). A ‘group’ can be as little as two people plus me! Perhaps you’d like to create your own group with a friend, family member or colleague?
All 1:1 sessions are attuned to your needs, on average running for 1 hour to 1 & 1/2 hours. These are usually also over 8 weeks, but can be longer if that’s what you need.
